About Me

- Location: Syracuse, New York
I am 22 year old student getting my MS in Nutrition at Syracuse University. I graduated with a BS in biology from SU in May of 2009. I am engaged and getting married in June of 2010. I was an athlete in high school playing tennis, basketball, and soccer. I now teach an exercise class called willPower & Grace. I have celiac disease (gluten intolerance) but I do not avoid gluten as often as I should. This blog will track my food intake so I stay eating healthy and my exercise regimen. I hope to get back into running and the blog will help me track myself.
